Michael Stangel started from humble beginnings as the son of a fisherman in an ethnic family growing up in the small Victorian town of Lakes Entrance. From the age of three, Michael wanted to play music after inheriting a drum kit from his uncle and proceed to drive his parents mad. In 1980 Michael finally joined his first band with David Stevens, the son of legendary rock legend Bon Scott. After playing in many bands throughout the 80s, Michael started to realise that he had an entrepreneurial side as well as a creative drive. Throughout the 80s and 90s, Michael played in bands and also booked venues as a side venture all over Australia.

In 2002 Michael Stopped touring and decided to settle down after the news of his first born child Gabriel.
He joined forces with the now CEO of Songtradr Paul Wiltshire, started his producing/writing career in a little studio in South Melbourne called "The Base". Under the guidance of Paul Michael got to work with the likes of Vanessa Amorosi, Bardot, Human Nature, Paulini and a host of other famous Australian artists as a Producer/Songwriter.  Paul introduced Michael to Grammy/ARIA  award-winning producer David Nicholas who built the legendary Rhinosorus Studios credits that included INXS, Cold Chisel, Richard Clapton, Midnight oil and international acts including Elton John, The Pretenders, Bryan Adams, Sting, Rod Stewart and more. David won a Grammy for his part in the worldwide hit song all for love.
In 2003 David and Michael started up the independent label Jellyfish Records with CEO of Just magazines Ash Hunter. The partnership went on to help develop and write music for acts such as Shannon Noll, The Veronicas, Dean Geyer, INXS and Borne.

In 2012 Michael's industry career was halted with a cancer diagnosis including multiple brain operations to remove tumours. After being given a terminal diagnosis, Michael's priorities began to change focusing more on the family. In 2013 Michael was offered a spot on the hit show "The Voice" witch at first he turned down due to continuing illness issues. However with a little coaxing he decided to enter and progressed to the finals under the guidance of mega star "Joel Madden.
Michael progressed into remission and started to re-enter his beloved music industry managing acts and guiding  them through the obstacle-ridden landscape of the industry.
Today Michael has had involvement with the likes of Multi platinum selling artists such as Nathaniel, Merill Bainbridge and Taylor Henderson. With a passion for developing new talent and consulting for other labels and independent artists.

Frank has  over 35 years experience promoting events and celebrities. He has a broad range of credits that span from Miss World Australia, to running nights at some of the best known night clubs in Melbourne. Frank is well known in the cosmetics industry for his "Smash It" products and his hairdressing/stylist team. His credits include: The ARIAS, The Logies, Spring Racing Carnival, Australian Open and Australian Grand Prix. Frank is just as much  at home on the red carpet as he is in his back yard relaxing.  Frank has a  knack for  creating excitement where ever he goes. Frank has looked after some of the biggest stars in the world, his credits include : Shane Warne, Tim Cahill, Barry Gibb, Olivia Newton John, Paris Jackson, Ed Sheeran, Delta Goodrem, Molly Meldrum, Slash  The cast's of Geordie Shore, MAFS and  Real House wives of Melbourne.
